Our products are sold with the understanding that the buyer will determine for him or herself their suitability and adaptability to this intended use. Electromark warrants to the buyer that its products are free from defects in workmanship, but limits its obligation under this warranty to replacement of the product shown to Electromark’s satisfaction to have been defective at the time Electromark sold it, provided Electromark is notified in writing of the defect within 180 days of delivery of the product. This warranty does not extend to any persons obtaining the product from the buyer. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED, TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, and of any other obligations of liability on Electromark’s part. The label stock that can be ordered for local printing from this site is standard material designed to be used with local laser, ink jet or thermal printers. It is the user’s responsibility to determine if the material will properly adhere to the user’s container and perform properly in the physical environment encountered by the container. We make no guarantee or warranty, either expressed or implied, regarding the fitness for use of the labels printed from this site.

EXPORT

The U.S. export control laws regulate the export and reexport of technology originating in the United States. This includes the electronic transmission of information and software to foreign countries and to certain foreign nationals.
