This is an important quality for many labels. The label breaks off into small pieces when you try to remove it. Anyone who has tried to remove last year's registration from the window of their car knows how frustrating it can be to remove a label; big chunks just don't come off! On the other hand, this is an advantage with a fire extinguisher or meter label; it keeps vandals from removing your label.
