Upgrading from 3.0 to Version 4.0

Prior to upgrading, please review any new files that you might have created in Version 3.0. If you made no changes, go directly to the installation instructions for version 4.0; Step 2 for Windows 95 users and Step 3 for 3.1 Window users.
