Make sure that your printer is on and active. Generally, the designs will call up the proper orientation (Landscape or Portrait) for your design and the printer. You can select the number of labels that you need, but for your first trials, we recommend that you only print the number of labels that appear on a single sheet.

This screen allows you to choose the number of labels that you want to print and how they print on the page. If you are using a Kroy printer, you may need to configure the memory of the printer to accommodate longer legends. To start to print, click on the Print Now button. Note the message at the bottom of the screen that tells you which material to use for your print.

You will also notice another button adjacent to the Print Now! Button, called Nudge Printout. This button allows you to change the starting position for your print. To find out more, see below How do I change the starting position for the label?
